BLACK BELT GRADING, TRAINING AND EVENT DATES

All black belt training, grading and event dates are available on www.taekwondosouthwest.co.uk

The Tae Kwon Do South West website will show the most up to date information, so please check this regularly.

You can use the Tae Kwon Do South West website to register your place for your six monthly black belt training sessions.

BLACK BELT GRADING REQUIREMENTS

A reminder that all black belts must attend two Black Belt Training Sessions per year (one in the first half of the year and one in the second half of the year).

Seniors (Ages 18 and over) must also officiate or compete at two competitions per year to be eligible to grade.

You will have received a printed copy of black belt grading requirements for your next grading, along with your pass letter from the TAGB.

BLACK BELT COURSES

The TAGB hold regular courses to progress your Tae Kwon Do journey. 

Minimum age requirements for the courses are :

Umpires: 16 years

Referees: 18 years

Welfare Officers: 17 years

Class Assistants: 14 years

Assistant Instructors: 17 years

Instructors: 18 years
